Reservations :
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (in low season it is possible to arrive on other days except Sunday and Monday; information by telephone)

Reservations are final after payment of a deposit of 25% of the amount of the stay.
The balance is payable 1 month before arrival.
Cancellation insurance at €1 is optional.
Reservations can be made by phone or email.

​Security Deposit and Tourist Tax :
The tourist tax and the security deposit are paid in full on the day of arrival, before the keys are handed over
The amount of the security deposit is €500; It is returned either on the day of departure, or within 7 days if the departure is outside the opening hours (08:00 - 10:00)

Various :
• Rental of household linen (Sheets / Towels) possible by having reserved in advance
• Baby cot rental: €35 per stay
• Final cleaning if not done by the customer: Studio €50, 2 rooms €65, 3 rooms €80
• WIFI Pocket: 1 week €35, then €15 per additional week

Water and electricity consumption :
Prices include consumption for the months of June, July, August and September; Outside this period, consumption will be invoiced.

Welcome :
The agency is open from Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. by appointment. Saturday from 2.30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
For rentals
• Arrival times: 2:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Saturday
• Departure times: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. on Saturday

No keys will be returned outside office opening hours.

To get to St Raphaël :
By train: 4h30 from Paris by TGV (St Raphaël/Valescure station)
By plane: 1h00 from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, 1h30 from Hyères/Toulon Airport and 2h00 from Marseille Airport

By car :
From Paris: Exit 37 “Puget sur Argens”
From Nice: Exit 38 “Fréjus/St Raphaël”

To reach the Agency :
The agency is located in a private residence, "Acquarine", located at 399 Route de la Corniche 83700 St Raphaël.
To get there, take the direction “Centre ville de St Raphaël” then “Palais des Congrès and/or Port Santa Lucia”. At the Port Santa Lucia roundabout (2 km from the town centre), continue straight ahead in the direction of “Cannes”.
The residence is located 500m after the roundabout, on the left.
